How to integrate Zoom Phone with Rimo

Adding and using apps

  1. 1.After logging into RimoSettings pageAccessing.
  2. 2.Select the "zoom phone" tab.
  3. 3.Click the button that says "Add to Zoom" to start the integration with Zoom.
  4. 4.Once the integration is complete, you will automatically return to Rimo. At this point, please click the "Create" button in the displayed modal.

Once the steps above are completed, recordings from Zoom Phone will be automatically imported into Rimo.

Disconnect integration

  1. 1.Rimo's settings and preferences pageAccessing.
  2. 2.Find the connected Zoom Phone account from the list of "Connected Services.".
  3. 3.Click the "Delete" button next to the relevant account to disconnect. Once disconnected, the authentication information saved on Rimo will be invalidated automatically.

How to Use our Zoom Phone App in Rimo

  1. 1. Go to the Rimo settings page.
  2. 2. Select the `Zoom Phone` tab.
  3. 3. Click on the button labeled `Add to Zoom` to initiate the integration with Zoom.
  4. 4. Once the integration is complete, you will be automatically redirected back to Rimo. At this point, click the `Create` button in the modal that appears.

Once you have completed these steps, recordings from Zoom Phone will be automatically imported into Rimo.

How to Deauthorize

  1. 1.Visit the Rimo settings/preferences page.
  2. 2. In the `List of Connected Services`, find the Zoom Phone account you have integrated.
  3. 3. Click the `Remove` button next to the relevant account to disconnect the integration. When you disconnect the integration, the authentication information stored on Rimo side will automatically become invalid.
