Word registration
By pre-registering specialized terminology, frequently used words, or internal terms, you can reflect them in your transcription results. Up to 500 words can be registered.

You can restrict access to RimoVoice by specific IP addresses. You can permit only your company's office IP addresses and block access from others. You can set multiple IP addresses.

Speaker separation
Regarding the results of AI transcription, we will listen to the audio with human ears, separate the content of each speaker, and deliver it. This service does not include corrections to the text. If you provide the names of the speakers in advance, we will include their names to the extent we can identify them.

Regarding the results of AI transcription, we will manually correct the text. We will remove filler words such as "Um"and "Uh"that serve no purpose, as well as meaningless interjections between words. However, we will not rephrase sentences unless it changes the speaker's intention or nuance.
