MISSION

Mission

Let's work with AI

To seriously raise Japan's productivity

Rimo is celebrating its seventh year since founding.
The unchanging goal since our founding is "Future of work."
In 2019, at a time when the accuracy of Japanese transcription was still low, we began offering AI meeting minutes services.
As of 2025, our mission has evolved to "Let's work with AI."

Why do we need AI products from Japan?
Japan has a friendly culture towards AI, represented by characters like Doraemon.
However, most of the AI products actually in use are made overseas.
In the future, AI will interpret qualitative information, such as in meetings, and demonstrate capabilities that exceed humans in management decisions and sales strategies. At that time, it is easy to imagine that global companies will delay their support for Japanese language compatibility, or be slow to adapt to uniquely Japanese tools. How much effort will they put into a market with only 1-2% of the world's population, which speaks Japanese?

Rimo's promise
We are committed to enhancing Japan's productivity. New features will always be released in Japanese first, and we will maintain a system that can change the location of engines and data in case of emergency.
Furthermore, we value Japanese culture in the important "philosophical" aspect of AI products. Not only a results-oriented approach but also a culture that values consensus, like "Nemawashi." Instead of a war for talent, we cherish comradeship in the spirit of Bushido. We believe that this native Japanese sensibility will be essential in the upcoming AI era.
The future of AI meeting minutes lies in management decisions, personnel evaluations, and all aspects of higher quality production activities. Rimo aims to be a company that people will think, "I'm glad you're here," in that future.
