About us
Rimo is an organization that aims to develop and provide tools and services that support a way of working themed around "working toward the future," primarily for those who are working remotely and are engaged in side jobs.
The concepts of working hours, locations, and evaluations that we now take for granted were all established post-war, and their historical significance is shallow, spanning less than a century. They are universal in our perception, but they are based on outdated frameworks from a time before the internet and AI. The ongoing cries for "work style reform" stem from the feeling that many people perceive distortions in the current state of their companies and wish to see change, don’t you think? For instance, in the future, going to the office may not be an obligation but a right, contributing to work freely during the few hours available while raising children might be commonplace, and companies that are sufficiently profitable without the concept of a boss could become the norm.
Now, Rimo's very first service is this AI transcription. We started this initiative because we wanted to address the issue of communication being significantly reduced in remote and side job situations, leading to problems in information conveyance.
